• Support the delivery of tailored educational programmes for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people to promote their development and well‑being.
• Assist teachers in planning and implementing classroom activities.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.
• Maintain a calm and patient approach in challenging situations.
• Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

• HLTA or TA qualification (desirable, but not essential with strong experience).
• Understanding of SEND and the ability to support students with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A calm, patient, and resilient attitude.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and young people.
