Supply Teacher (Secondary, Computer Science, ICT, or Design and Technology) – Peterborough Area

We are currently seeking Supply Teachers who are proactive, dedicated, and eager to make a positive impact. With both daily cover and long-term placements available, this role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work in a range of secondary school settings.

  Secondary education roles available, including Computer Science, ICT, or Design and Technology (subject specialism will be matched to your experience).
• Start Date:
  
  Immediate starts available.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is highly desirable, but we also welcome applications from those with relevant experience or working towards QTS.
• Proactive and Adaptable: able to quickly adjust to different classroom environments, build rapport with students and staff, and keep students engaged.
• Relationship Builder: establish trust and positive relationships with students, particularly those with additional needs.
• Driving Licence: having a full driving licence would be beneficial as the role involves travel across the Cambridge area.
• SEN
  
  Experience:
  
  experience working with children with SEMH or other special educational needs would be advantageous.
• Subject Specialism: background in Computer Science, ICT, or Design and Technology is ideal, particularly in secondary education settings. May also be asked to teach other subjects depending on experience.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of secondary subjects, including Computer Science, ICT, or Design and Technology.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Adapt to different school settings and respond flexibly to the diverse needs of students.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Follow safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and schools to support their learning progress.
