Student Support Officer

Full time, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive? Do you have the drive to make a difference in a vibrant school community? If so, we'd love to hear from you!, We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Student Support Officer to join our enthusiastic team.

• Provide support and guidance to students struggling to manage their behaviour.
• Mentor individual students and work across the school to minimise low-level disruption.
• Support staff and students with behaviour management strategies.
• Play a key role in the running of our RAISE rooms and "On Call" provision.

You will have a good general education and experience working with young people aged 11-18.

You will be calm under pressure, organised, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
