Position: Teaching Assistant (Level 3) – Inclusion Room Lead

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching staff and collaborating with the wider Inclusion, SEND, and Pastoral teams to enhance the development and education of students in a specialised classroom for those with EHCPs and additional needs.

You will lead provision for Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH), creating a structured and supportive learning environment that enables students to thrive. You will also support attendance initiatives and contribute to raising standards across the provision.

Your duties will include supporting student induction, assessment, intervention, and ongoing support, as well as contributing to the planning and evaluation of learning activities for individuals and groups.
