• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Working with pupils in class, in groups, or 1:1
• Helping pupils stay focused and engaged in learning
• Supporting behaviour and classroom routines
• Encouraging confidence and independence in learners

• Experience working with children or young people (school, childcare, coaching, youth work etc.)
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, proactive attitude

• Flexible working to suit your availability
• Access to a wide network of local schools
• Day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements
• Support from a dedicated education consultant
• A route into permanent school roles if desired
