About the role
Justteachers is seeking a Science Teacher who is looking for a long term role, in a Secondary school in the Peterborough area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence ASAP covering the full Summer term. There is potential this role will extend into the academic year.
The school is a forward-thinking and inclusive community, committed to developing confident learners through high-quality teaching. Staff work collaboratively, with a strong emphasis on engagement, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high quality science lessons at KS3 and KS4
- Ensure safe practice during practical experiments
- Assess and track pupil attainment
- Support pupils to achieve GCSE outcomes
- UK secondary school experience
- QTS or equivalent qualification
- Degree in Science subject
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4
