• Cover and deliver lessons across various subjects as needed, ensuring continuity of learning for all students.
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students in different year groups.
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment, promoting active participation and student motivation.
• Assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their academic development.
• Work closely with subject leaders and other staff members to ensure smooth transitions and support for students during planned absences.
• Contribute to the wider school community by participating in school events, extra-curricular activities, and initiatives as required.

• Experience teaching in a secondary school environment, with flexibility to cover a range of subjects.
• Graduates with no educational based experience but an interest in teaching as training can be provide.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with a commitment to supporting students’ learning and development.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students, encouraging them to achieve their best.
• Two recent education or school-based references.
