The role SEN Teacher
As an SEN Teacher
, reporting to the Head of Education, you will plan and deliver engaging, personalised learning that meets each pupils individual needs.
You will:
- Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons
- Support pupils through one-to-one and small group teaching
- Use specialist strategies and resources to inspire learning
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, HLTAs and external professionals
- Assess progress, maintain records and contribute to EHCPs
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and agencies
- Promote independence, confidence and achievement in and beyond the classroom
