Join Peterborough Performing Arts College at Juniper Creative, based at the iconic Key Theatre, Peterborough, and help shape the next generation of industry talent.

• Teach BTEC Level 3 Performing Arts (Dance & Musical Theatre).
• Inspire students through performance, creativity and industry‑led learning.
• Support progression into university, training and performing arts careers.

• Deliver outstanding teaching across Dance and Musical Theatre programmes.
• Teach a range of dance styles including Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Commercial and Contemporary.
• Prepare students for performances, productions, assessments and industry opportunities.
• Assess learner work and provide high‑quality feedback.
• Monitor progress, conduct reviews and support achievement.
• Promote excellent attendance, professionalism and student wellbeing.
• Support tutorials, work placements and enrichment activities.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.

• Relevant qualifications in Performing Arts, Dance or Musical Theatre.
• Experience teaching or training young people.
• Strong industry knowledge and passion for developing future talent.

• Paid mileage (35p per mile, above normal work mileage).
