Children & Young People's Education Service – School Admissions Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Children & Young People's Education Service, School Admissions Team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate admission processes for Primary (Year R), Junior (Year
    3) and Secondary (Year
    7) transition applications, including in‑year applications for children wishing to access education within the City.
  • Allocate school places for pupils within strict statutory deadlines and liaise with schools and parents.
  • Engage in wider projects to increase the knowledge base of parents, schools and wider teams across PCC.
Working Arrangements

Hybrid work model with office based out of Sand Martin House in Peterborough and work‑from‑home. Must be able to work from the office for a 9 am start. Working hours 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday, no weekend work.
