Inspire Education Group seeks an Attendance and Engagement Group Lead for a 1-year fixed term contract at Peterborough & Stamford College. The role leads a team of attendance coaches to reengage vulnerable learners, track attendance, identify at-risk students, and implement targeted interventions to improve attendance and retention.
The post reports to the Assistant Principal – Student Experience & Support and offers a salary of £37,527 per annum, 37 hours per week, with flexible working.
