Key Responsibilities Deliver & Inspire Teach engaging GCSE Maths lessons. Use diverse, modern teaching methods. Integrate technology and blended learning. Motivate students to reach potential. Plan & Prepare Design innovative lesson plans. Develop digital learning resources. Create effective schemes of work. Track & Support Set individual SMART goals. Provide constructive, timely feedback. Implement positive student interventions. Conduct student induction programmes. Collaborate & Grow Support student recruitment events.

Lead internal quality verification. Attend collaborative team meetings. Engage with educational research. We offer: 37 days annual leave, plus Christmas close down.
