As a Business Trainer & Coach, you’ll play a key role in delivering our academy programme, supporting members throughout their business growth journey.

• Deliver high‑quality training sessions, workshops, and coaching programmes to our academy members.
• Provide one‑to‑one mentoring and support to help business owners overcome challenges and achieve growth targets.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our academy curriculum and learning resources.
• Monitor participant progress and provide structured feedback and accountability.
• Represent Trade Mastermind at events, networking opportunities, and industry conferences.
• Stay up to date with business trends, leadership practices, and industry developments to ensure training remains relevant and impactful.

We’re looking for someone who has real business experience and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. You will be an engaging presenter, confident facilitator, and skilled coach who can build credibility quickly and communicate complex ideas in a simple, practical way.

• Previous experience in business management, coaching, training, or consultancy.
• Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing business owners and teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, positive, and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Experience with in the trades, construction, or service‑based industries would be advantageous.
