• Deliver practical bricklaying training, coaching, and underpinning knowledge.
• Run classroom-style workshops, one-to-one tutorials, and student reviews.
• Support lecturers by setting up and assisting with vocational learning activities.

• Supervise student practical work to ensure strict Health & Safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bricklaying workshop environment.
• Keep up to date with essential safety regulations (like COSHH) and act as a First Aider.

• Check, maintain, and perform minor repairs on specialist tools and equipment.
• Manage workshop stock levels and maintain accurate material inventories.
• Ensure all equipment and building materials are safely cleaned and stored away.

• Assess student competence against pre-determined industry criteria.
• Supervise learners during exams, site visits, and practical tests.
• Assist with exciting college enrolment events and open evenings.
