Do you come from a water mains or service laying background and want to move off the tools into a trainer/assessor role?

This established technical training organisation continues to invest heavily in its people, programmes, and delivery capability to support the ongoing skills demand within the UK water industry. With a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and customer focus, the business works closely with employers, apprentices, and learners to deliver high-impact training and assessment.

As part of a growing training team, you will deliver and assess water mains and service laying qualifications both in centre and on customer sites. For candidates new to training, full support and development will be provided to gain the relevant training and assessing qualifications.

This is an excellent opportunity to either continue your career as a trainer/assessor or step into training for the first time with a provider that genuinely invests in your development.

The Role

* Delivering high-quality training programmes to a wide range of learners, including apprentices

* Building and delivering learning packages aligned to specified objectives and outcomes

* Assessing learners both in centre and in the workplace

* Based from Peterborough with travel to customer sites as required

The Person

* Either:
Experienced Trainer / Assessor within the water industry

* Or:
Water industry professional (mains or service laying) looking to move into training and assessment

* Strong occupational experience in water mains and service laying, repair, and maintenance

* Full UK driving licence
