Working pattern
: 8.30am - 3.30pm,Monday to Friday

Salary: Pathway 5, £24,912- £26,755 per annum (FTE £33,119 - £35,570)

Asour HLTA
- Guided Futures, you will support students with SEND and additional needs to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. You will deliver interventions and planned learning, promote independence, and use trauma-informed approaches to helpyoung people overcome barriers to success. You will work closely with colleagues, families and external agencies to ensure every student receives the support they need to thrive.

We'relooking for a qualified HLTA with a strong understanding of SEND, EHCPs and inclusive practice. You will be a resilient and compassionate professional whobuilds positive relationships, communicates effectively and inspires young people to achieve more.
