- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in outdoor settings.
- 2-5 years of experience in forest school leadership.
- Experience and training working with children with SEMH/SEND needs
- Forest School Leader Level 3 Qualification
- Experience demonstrating compassion, creativity, vigilance, patience, and resilience
