Manor Drive Primary Academy, part of the Four Cs Trust, is a growing inclusive primary school located in the north of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. The Academy currently has an on-roll of 375 pupils, including Nursery, and operates as a two-form entry school from Reception through to Year 4, with one Year 5 class and one Year 6 class. - Have a range of experience working with children with complex needs.
- Be experienced in rigorous tracking and monitoring of children’s progress, identifying needs and implementing effective strategies.
- Be experienced in working within the SEND Code of Practice as a SENCo or teacher.
- Be an excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to working in partnership with parents, Governors and the community.
- Have the National Award for SENCo (NASENCO)
- Work alongside our Senior Leadership Team and EYFS SENCo to be a strong leader who is committed to providing the highest standards of provision for SEND students by supporting colleagues, parents and students.
