Pupil Mentor

This Pupil Premium Mentor post at Ormiston Bushfield Academy supports disadvantaged students to overcome barriers to learning and take a full part in school life. The work combines one-to-one mentoring sessions with day-to-day coordination and administration of the academy's Pupil Premium mentoring programme. It is term-time work on a Monday to Friday timetable with an earlier finish on Friday, and the role is likely to widen as the academy's needs change.

• Deliver mentoring sessions to identified disadvantaged pupils
