Location: Hybrid - Primarily remote with occasional travel to Peterborough, London and York
Rate: £390/day Umbrella

ARM is recruiting for an experienced Energy Manager to join a major UK infrastructure organisation, supporting the delivery of its energy management strategy across a large operational route.

• Deliver and continuously improve the Energy Management Plan.
• Monitor, analyse and report on energy usage and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Implement and maintain an Energy Management System aligned to BS EN ISO 50001.
• Undertake energy audits and prepare business cases for energy efficiency projects.
• Coordinate energy reduction programmes and deliver energy management training.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practice and ensure compliance with energy regulations.

• Experience implementing and maintaining BS EN ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems.
• Proven background in energy management with measurable results.
• Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) qualification.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing training packages and managing projects.
