Senior Planner

Our client is seeking to expand their Planning team and is looking for a Senior Planner to join them in Peterborough.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans in line with company standards
• Provide strategic planning insights, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management
• Communicate project milestones and progress clearly to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing throughout all planning activities

• Demonstrable experience in planning major projects, ideally within the water or civil engineering industries
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and collaborative planning methodologies
• Proven leadership skills with experience developing and managing planning teams
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
