Role Highlights- £48,000 basic salary + shift allowances + monthly KPI bonus
- 3-shift rotation (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)
- Up to ca £54,000 p.a.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x rate
- State of the art equipment
- Level 3 apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Cross-disciplinary skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong fault-finding abilities and continuous improvement mindset
- Health and safety consciousness
- Willingness to learn in our innovative manufacturing environment
- Life assurance : base salary x3
- Employer pension contributions : 4%
