Salary: £44,000 – £48,000

Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established and growing construction business to recruit an Electrical Project Coordinator.

Based in Peterborough, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded company delivering electrical solutions across major projects, including data centres, universities, and healthcare facilities.

You will play a key role in coordinating both temporary and permanent electrical works across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Attend project start-up meetings and review all project specifications
• Coordinate labour and resources across multiple live sites
• Produce and submit regular progress reports
• Monitor project budgets and oversee purchasing activities
• Track overall project progress and performance
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure materials are ordered and delivered in line with programme requirements
• Attend site meetings where required
• Assist with the preparation and submission of quotations for new works

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role
• Strong background within the electrical sector
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience supervising and coordinating site teams
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Resilient and able to manage changing project demands

• Knowledge of plumbing, particularly in relation to temporary works

• Competitive salary between £44,000 – £48,000 depending on experience
