Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager with a strong background in the water sector to support the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Working alongside our delivery teams, you will take ownership of all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, cost, and quality expectations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering critical water and wastewater infrastructure schemes across the region. About you Proven experience as a Works Manager/Construction Manager within the water sector (clean water, wastewater, treatment works, pipelines, or related infrastructure).

Strong background in civil engineering/utilities projects. Experience in managing projects in ECI/Project delivery phases Experience in managing subcontractors, site teams and complex site operations. Relevant construction/engineering qualifications ideally to degree level. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability Commercial awareness and cost control experience Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a 'can-do' attitude Ability to work under pressure and drive successful project outcomes If your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
