This growing civil engineering contractor delivers projects across highways, rail, drainage and water infrastructure, along more, with schemes ranging from smaller works up to £10 million in value. Following continued success and expansion within the water sector, the business is looking to strengthen its leadership team as it continues to grow across Yorkshire, the East Midlands and into emerging  this role, you will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors across a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects, including highways, water, rail, and more.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all financial and contractual matters, mentoring and managing junior team members, liaising closely with site management teams, and preparing, submitting, and negotiating valuations and variations, to name a few.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor under NEC contracts, with a background in highways, water, or drainage projects. Candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence and be based within a commutable distance to the East Midlands office.
