About the Role:

We need a hands‑on manager to oversee mechanical projects from start to finish. You will control costs, manage teams, and ensure our work meets the highest safety and quality standards.

What You Will Do:

Prepare estimates, quotes, and carry out site surveys.
Plan and manage projects from our Head Office and on customer sites.
Ensure all work follows Health, Safety, Quality and environmental rules.
Control budgets, track costs, and handle project variations.
Talk with customers, subcontractors, and our internal teams.

What We Are Looking For :

Strong background in mechanical contracting and project management.
Great commercial awareness and financial tracking skills.
Deep knowledge of Health & Safety rules.
Qualifications like SMSTS or IOSH are a big plus!
Ability to travel to customer sites when needed.
Stable, permanent role based in Peterborough.
