Electrification Compliance – Engineer
**** Salary/Grade: £57,737 -  £86,605**(depending on experience)

* Contributory pension scheme - Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution up to 10%.

This position is currently full time in-office work model, requiring a 5-day weekly office presence onsite at our (Peterborough) office.

** As a Compliance Engineer, the successful candidate will work as part of a cross-functional engineering team to assess technical solutions that satisfy regulatory requirements for Battery, Fuel Cell, Charging and Powertrain systems. The role will contribute to safe product development by applying relevant safety standards, lead risk assessments, helping define verification needs, and documenting compliance evidence to support engineering decisions.

The role involves supporting product development teams in interpreting safety standards, identifying hazards, evaluating design options, and defining practical compliance actions.
