You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
What you'll do:- Deliver a varied portfolio of water recycling, infrastructure, and water supply projects.
- Lead, coach, and mentor junior engineers, building capability across the electrical team.
- Ensure full compliance with CDM, Electricity at Work, BS7671, WIMES, DSEAR, and all relevant technical and safety standards.
- Work across multidisciplinary teams to review designs, manage queries and change, and maintain quality, pace, and performance.
- Drive smarter delivery through sustainable, low-carbon, offsite, modular, and repeatable design solutions.
- An engineering, or equivalent, degree or be able to demonstrate a degree level of knowledge through relevant experience.
- Preferably chartered, or working towards, chartered status.
- Experience of water-sector assets and capital projects.
- Knowledge of all relevant regulations, standards and codes of practice.
- Experience of mentoring and coaching of junior engineers.
