The Opportunity

In this hands‑on technical role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimising electrical systems across the plant, ensuring minimal disruption to production and full compliance with safety standards.

You will work closely with our team of engineers to resolve and implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency and performance. From fault‑finding and repairs to installation and modification of equipment, you'll keep the production line running at peak performance.

This role also involves analysing line performance, updating PLC software, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximise output and reliability.

What you'll bring
  • Proactive and technically skilled Electrical Engineer with strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • A Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering with an electrical bias
  • Experience in high‑speed manufacturing environments, knowledge of fault‑finding techniques and basic programming, and experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
  • "Can‑do" attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and ability to support and collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime and improve performance
