Join a leading manufacturing business in Peterborough that's investing in growth and innovation. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support site operations and ensure machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager or Shift Lead, and working on a mix of planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across a fast-paced production environment.

• Support site operations and ensure machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Conduct planned maintenance (PPM) and resolve reactive breakdowns across a fast-paced production environment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager or Shift Lead.

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Level 3 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Multi-skilled (mechanical or electrical bias).
• FMCG experience is a strong advantage.
