, our most ambitious period yet, we’ll be delivering an even broader range of innovative and environmentally-driven infrastructure projects - from urban drainage to nature-based solutions like constructed wetlands.

Join us to play a key role in driving sustainable construction practices that meet both environmental legislation and @one Alliance standards. You’ll be at the heart of our projects, preparing and reviewing vital environmental documentation, providing hands-on support to construction teams, and helping to develop our Environment and Sustainability Advisors. This is a fantastic opportunity to champion innovative sustainability initiatives and contribute directly to our strategic environmental goals, all while working alongside passionate professionals committed to making a positive impact.

• Lead on and provide support to construction projects on environmental and sustainability issues, including producing site-specific project documentation and communicating this to the relevant personnel.
• Delegate authority from the Environment and Sustainability Manager in their absence including attendance at Business Unit meetings when required.
• Provide support to Environment and Sustainability Advisors.
• Ensure compliance with current environmental legislation and promote best practices relevant to @one Alliance.
• Attend project specific meetings including (but not limited to) Fit for Enabling, Project Rehearsals and Fit for Construction.
• Undertake Site Set Up Environmental Audits and other audits as required.
• Lead in the reporting of CAT2, CAT3 incidents and CAT4 / Near miss reports and assist with CAT1 investigations.
• Review CAT3 incident reports produced by the Environment and Sustainability Advisors.

• Subject matter expertise including Contaminated Land, Statutory Nuisance, Waste Management, Soil Testing, Ecology, Archaeology, Incident investigation.
• Knowledge of key environmental legislation
• Educated to degree level in environmental related subject
• Member of a relevant professional body
• Direct experience with environmental regulators
