Are you an experienced Fuel Systems Engineer with a strong background in high-pressure fuel systems and diesel engines?
We're looking for a Development Engineer
- Fuel Systems to join an established engineering team in Peterborough, working on exciting new diesel engine programmes and taking projects from development through to production.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll have the opportunity to own fuel system development activities, solve complex technical problems and work closely with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.
You'll be involved in design reviews, supplier development, technical risk assessment, validation and testing, as well as supporting the resolution of engineering issues through structured problem-solving.
What we're looking for- 5+ years' relevant engineering experience.
- Strong experience in fuel system development.
- Proven knowledge of high-pressure fuel systems.
- Experience with diesel or reciprocating engines.
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing principles.
- Experience with APQP, FMEA and DVP&R would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Off-highway diesel engine experience would be highly desirable.
Experience with CAD, PLM systems, simulation, rig testing or system testing would also be beneficial.

Monday-Friday | 5 days on-site | Peterborough
