The Role
At @one Alliance, we bring together eight leading organisations to deliver Anglian Water's capital investment programme across the East of England. Together, we're delivering projects to help protect and improve one of the UK's most important resources - water.
As a Graduate Project Manager, you'll be part of this exciting programme from the start, gaining hands‑on experience of Process Engineering across major infrastructure projects.
You’ll work alongside experienced Project Management professionals building your knowledge, developing your skills and working towards a successful career in Project Management.
You’ll be supported throughout your development, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge, gain professional experience and work towards your longer‑term career goals.
We welcome applications from candidates outside the region who are willing and able to relocate or travel to Peterborough and the East Anglia Region.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Assist in managing project scope, schedule, risks, costs, and resources
- Monitor project progress and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project phases
- Attend site visits, design reviews, and construction meetings to gain end‑to‑end project insight
- A 2:2 degree or above in Business Studies or Project Management
- Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives
- Water/ Construction industry knowledge
- To be able to work in an open and collaborative way- practice integrated working with all Alliance teams and the client
