Hartland Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for an expanding machinery manufacturer in the Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire area. You will modify standard machines to meet customer requirements, adapting sub‑assemblies, tooling and fixtures using 3D CAD skills.
Experience with Solid Works, Creo or AutoCAD (prefer Solid Works) and a practical feel for how machinery works is essential. The role includes a very competitive salary, 37.5‑hour week and early finish on Fridays, plus holiday
