As an Audi Service Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Yourkey responsibilities will include:

• Being integral in championing and maintaininga culture of customer service excellence.
• Delivering upon the Service Core Process as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
• Maximising uponevery available opportunity to improve the successes of your immediate team and the wider business by ensuring that customers are aware of any relevant and/or necessary additional products and services.
• Demonstratingalignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy, ensuring that customers are kept up to date with the statutes oftheir vehicle.
• Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner, ensuring attention to detail with all administrative tasks.
• Developing effective working relationships with the workshop to ensure that the ‘flow’ of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely,accurate, clear and consultative.
• Being integral in contributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused uponfirst time fixes, and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time.
• Effectivelyutilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area, in order to accurately advise customers on services and/or products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
• Experience with in acustomer facing role, and the desire to consistently achieve individual and team targets
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines,along with good attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in a similar role, within the automotive industry
