Management Accountant

Location: Alwalton

I'm am thrilled to be seeking an experienced Assistant / Management Accountant to support a growing Peterborough based business during an exciting period of transformation.

This is a temporary opportunity for 2–3 months, with flexibility to work on either a part-time (3-4 days) or full-time basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring accuracy, improving reporting processes, and providing reliable financial insight during a time of change.

Key Requirements:

Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in management accounts
Confident in reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and adapt within a changing environment
Hours 8:30 - 5pm Monday to Friday (hybrid available)  This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys improving processes and adding value during business transformation.
