The Opportunity As Head of Finance, you’ll oversee all accounting, compliance, and financial insight.
You’ll partner closely with senior and Executive leaders, ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting, and forward-thinking analysis that truly shapes the organisation’s future. This is the ideal role for someone who thrives on improving systems and bringing clarity and confidence to financial decision-making. What You’ll Lead Accounting & Reporting Deliver accurate, timely financial and management reporting Strengthen controls and governance Ensure full legislative and fiscal compliance Oversee the annual audit process Enhance management information with clarity and insight Drive continuous improvement across financial systems and processes Leadership & Business Partnering Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders Influence strategic and commercial decisions Contribute to senior leadership and governance forums Build a collaborative, values-driven culture across finance and beyond Financial Management & Commercial Insight Provide analysis that supports pricing, investment, performance and optimisation Balance compliance, governance expectations, and value for money Support decision-making with strong scenario modelling and forecasting About You You'll bring: A full accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) Strong post-qualification experience Proven finance business partnering with stakeholders Modelling and forecasting capability Excellent communication and influencing skills A proactive, analytical, solutions-focused approach Ability to manage pace, complexity, and competing priorities
