FP&A Manager

Your new company A high growth SaaS business is looking for an FP&A Manager to have full FP&A ownership, ownership over SaaS metrics and be involved in board and investor reporting. Your new role Build and maintain an integrated three-statement financial model Lead budgeting and re-forecasting cycles Run scenario modelling (hiring plans, new markets, efficiency initiatives) Produce board and investor reporting packs Benchmark performance against best-in-class SaaS standards Design and administer commissions and incentive schemes Drive automation of reporting and implement FP&A/BI tooling Work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality financial and operational data What you'll need to succeed 5 years' FP&A or commercial finance experience (ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS) Expert-level modelling skills (Excel/Sheets) Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics Hands-on experience with incentive compensation structures Familiarity with FP&A tools, BI platforms, or commission systems Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click ' apply now ' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
