What will the Senior Finance Business Partner role involve? Provide high-quality financial insight, analysis and decision support to production-focused departments and major projects Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for your areas, working closely with stakeholders to understand drivers and risks Act as a trusted finance presence at departmental and project meetings, offering constructive challenge and commercial input Deliver clear, timely management reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decisions Manage and interpret complex variances to budget, using insight from the central FP&A team to support robust outcomes Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring finance is embedded in decision-making Line manage and develop a Finance Business Partner, supporting their delivery and professional growth Suitable Candidate for the Senior Finance Business Partner role:
