Financial Controller – Infrastructure Farnham – Hybrid – Permanent – Well-backed infrastructure business £75,000–£85,000  bonus & benefits We’re working with a PE-backed infrastructure business to hire a new Financial Controller. Since the fund came on board, the business has doubled its EBITDA and continues to scale with confidence. Reporting to a high-calibre Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping the finance function as the company grows.

WISH LIST Strong background in financial control, audit, and reporting Confident leading a team and building relationships across the business Comfortable managing group consolidations and month-end processes

THE ROLE Lead and develop a finance team of 5 (3 direct, 2 indirect) Own the full month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations Oversee AP, AR, and nominal ledger accuracy Prepare group consolidated accounts and financial statements Manage the external audit and year-end process Deliver cash flow forecasts and working capital management Own tax, VAT, CIS, and statutory reporting Drive budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes Oversee finance systems, policies, and process improvement Present financial data to the Board alongside the Finance Director Support insurance renewals and reporting to external stakeholders YOUR PROFILE Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Effective communicator – written & verbal Good working knowledge of MS Excel 1 - 2  years' post-qualified experience in a senior finance role Ambitious, with the drive to grow into a future No.1 role SALARY & BENEFITS £75,000–£85,000 base salary  discretionary bonus Hybrid working – Farnham office Permanent, full-time position 25 days holiday  bank holidays Enhanced pension, private healthcare, and life assurance EV scheme, wellbeing plan, discounts, and other lifestyle benefits
