Finance Business Partner

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Liverpool who are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support the team through a period of change. It’s a full-time position on a 9 month temporary basis with office presence required two days per week . The day rate on offer is c.£250 Umbrella and they are looking for someone to get started as soon as possible dependant on notice period.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
· Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts within the 10 day timescale
· Managing the full budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process
· Monitoring financial performance against budget and forecasts
· Producing written reports to be included within the monthly management accounts presented to Executive team
· Acting as the first point of contact for their private letting partner, reviewing their reports and outputs
· Providing financial insight to support strategic and operational decisions
· Producing period reconciliations in line with reporting timetables
· Building solid relationships with key stakeholders Experience & skills required:
· Intermediate Excel capabilities including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
· Part qualified ACCA/CIMA or QBE is desirable
· Experience providing financial support within housing or property management, ideally for a housing association
· Experience using Power BI and Open Accounts is desirable Rewards and benefits:

Working hours:

· 35 hours per week
