Position: Head of Finance 12-month FTC
Head of Finance – 12-month FTC £90,000 - £100,000 Aila has been engaged in another senior finance campaign with an impressive manufacturing business in North West London, as we are hiring a Head of Finance to join on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract. About the Company :

The role:

As Head of Finance, you will be the key business partner to the GM and will be responsible for the performance management, administrative and financial management of the business, so you must have strong controls experience as a Head of Finance with excellent communication and business partnering skills. We’re looking for a qualified, experienced and dynamic finance leader who can manage a small team and has broad experience covering UK statutory accounting, month end management accounts, Group reporting and evidence of stakeholder leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the reliability of the company's accounts at local and management reporting purposes Ensure that monthly, half-yearly and annual closings comply with Group requirements in terms of standards (IFRS), format and deadlines Implement the management procedures and KPIs required to monitor activities and report to management Develop the budget and business plan in line with strategic choices as well as the monthly forecast Working closely with commercial management, identifying challenges and opportunities with operational stakeholders, providing actionable information to support improved financial performance Effectively contribute as a Leadership Team member to both define and implement the strategic direction of the business and track its actual and forecasted impact on financials Collaborate closely with GM, always balancing objectively the opportunities and risks Challenge business assumptions where relevant and help drive mitigation and development

The Ideal Candidate :
Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least 5 years PQE Manufacturing experience essential Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to operate both technically and commercially Ability to build relationships internally with stakeholders of varying levels What they offer:
Competitive salary: £90,000 - £ days  bank Pension up to 6%
EE, 10.5% ER Hybrid Working (3 in, 2 out) 37 hour working week
