Hybrid, occasional travel to Accent offices (Bradford/Peterborough). Salary: £38,194 per annum. Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.

, you’ll ensure service charge costs are accurate, transparent, and fully compliant with regulations and occupancy agreements, directly contributing to our financial strength and our customers’ trust.

You’ll work with a committed team to deliver sharp forecasting, clear budgeting, and reliable reporting. The spot salary for this post is £38,194 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.

The essentials

• Strong understanding of service charge legislation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands‑on experience preparingauditable service charge accounts
• Solid knowledge of different housing tenure types
• A recognisedfinance qualification (or working towards one)

The desirables

• Social Housing experience
• Understanding of different scheme structures
• Ability to read and interpret tenancy agreements/leases.

The successful applicant will be subject to pre‑employment checks, such as DBS and social media screening, before an offer is confirmed.
