Inside Housing Management is seeking a Service Charge Officer to ensure accurate and transparent service charges within our housing portfolio. The role involves working closely with Finance, Housing, and Property teams to ensure customers receive clear and effective service while complying with all regulations.
This position is hybrid based in Peterborough or surrounding areas. Candidates must hold an AAT qualification and have strong experience in service charge processes, budget setting, and excellent communication skills.
