As part of the Reporting and Controls team, you will shape and lead our reporting data infrastructure to deliver both non-financial and financial reporting. As the regulatory environment evolves, with more focus on the ESG agenda, you will ensure we deliver accurate information using effective reporting systems. Alongside this, you will be responsible for strengthening our controls, risk management and compliance across the business.

We are looking for an individual bringing fresh thinking, strong financial and data capability, and a keen interest in new technology.

• Knowledge of data management and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• A passion for utilizing technology, including machine learning and AI.
• Able to understand and develop responses to new regulatory requirements.
• Experience of strengthening and improving internal controls.
• Committed to high standards of accuracy, punctuality, rigour and tenacity.
• An effective influencer who is comfortable providing support and challenge across the business.
