As an Assistant Finance Manager in the property industry, you'll play a key role in managing end-to-end finance processes, delivering insightful analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. Client Details

Our client operates a specialist manufacturing facility based in Peterborough, that supports large-scale residential construction projects across the UK. The site is responsible for producing key building components, helping to improve construction quality, programme certainty, and operational efficiency. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, the facility plays an important role in supporting the delivery of new homes at scale.

Description
  • Take ownership of end-to-end finance processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage month-end reporting activities and deliver timely financial statements.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to align with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Profile
  • Strong experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in managing month-end processes and financial statements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
  • Confidence in preparing and presenting financial data to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
