Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (including performance bonus)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the Management Accountants in the daily operations of the finance department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of financial processes, supporting month-end activities, and meeting internal and external reporting requirements.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar accounts role.

Key Skills

• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, ideally at intermediate level.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
