As Finance Business Partner, you will act as the vital link between finance and the wider business, providing meaningful analysis, financial insight, and strategic support to aid decision-making.

This role offers significant exposure to senior management and the opportunity to influence commercial and operational outcomes across the organisation.

• Partner with Directors and senior managers, providing financial insight and support for strategic decision-making.
• Produce annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned to business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Deliver detailed profitability, margin, and performance analysis.
• Support business growth initiatives through financial modelling and evaluation.
• Collaborate across departments including operations, sales, and commercial teams to ensure financial objectives support operational goals.
• Improve financial reporting processes and drive efficiencies across the business.
• Produce and present clear management information and financial reports to senior leadership.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and promote financial discipline throughout the organisation.

We're looking for a confident and proactive finance professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and using financial data to drive business performance.

You'll ideally have:

• ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience within finance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• A commercially focused mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
