Cross Keys Homes in Peterborough is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Adviser to join the Tenancy Sustainment Team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers a starting salary of £35,389 during probation, rising to £37,251 with car allowance upon successful probation.
You will support tenant access into services and deliver targeted tenancy interventions to promote sustainment and reduce homelessness, while taking prompt action to sustain a minimum number of tenancies each year.
