Make a real difference in young people’s lives.
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive practitioner to join our School-Aged Health Improvement and Prevention Service, delivering targeted health promotion in schools and community settings across Cambridgeshire/Peterborough
As part of our team, you’ll lead initiatives such as:
- Sexual health education and C-Card scheme delivery
- STI awareness and testing
You may also deliver sessions on tobacco, physical activity, healthy eating, and wellbeing. Working closely with students, school staff, and community stakeholders, you’ll help reduce health inequalities and empower young people to make positive choices.
What we’re looking for:- A relevant qualification in public health, education, youth work, or related area
- Experience working with young people in schools or community settings
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in delivering sessions
- Knowledge of safeguarding, PSHE/RSE curriculum, and health inequalities
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and travel across the region
- CPD opportunities, including MHFA and MECC training
- A chance to shape a new county-wide service

Conditions:- Enhanced DBS check required
- Access to a vehicle and full UK driving licence (business use)
